I’m the owner and operator of Tripp’s Auto Shop and Collision Center in Jackson Michigan. Between American and foreign we spend approximately $2 million in parts a year and Ford is a large portion of our sales. Before switching to Village Ford, we were dealing with supposedly the “Largest Ford parts dealership in Michigan”. In our dealings with this company there were weeks where I would personally spend as much as ten hours trying to sort out wrong and incomplete orders, as well as parts that weren’t delivered when they were supposed to have or delivered to the wrong shop. Since switching to Village Ford I spend absolutely no time on Ford parts issues.
